How long have you lived in the bay area?
I grew up in San Jose and moved for college, then came back to San Jose once I graduated.
What is your fondest childhood memory?
My family would always get the free tickets for San Jose Giants games. Those games are always fun to go to.
What subject(s) did you study at College?
I studied accounting.
What was your first job?
I was a barista in high school.
Who has been the most influential person to you in your career?
I have to give credit to my parents for teaching me some valuable lessons about how to work well with others.
How has your career created value in your life?
I have learned to not hesitate or procrastinate with tasks that I am unfamiliar with.
What do you consider to be the most significant world event that has occurred during your lifetime?
I always thought the Fukushima nuclear disaster was a big deal. I remember watching the news and being terrified about the radiation washing into the ocean.
What is your most memorable travel experience?
Driving halfway across the country. I enjoyed learning about the geography.
What is the funniest thing that’s ever happened to you?
It must have been during Halloween, I always enjoy doing funny costumes.
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
Being able to financially support myself. Having good personal finances gives me peace of mind.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Nothing beats a day at the lake or river.
If you could possess one super-human power, what would it be?
The ability to manipulate magnetic fields. My favorite superhero is Magneto.
