How long have you lived in Washington?

I’ve been living in the Pacific Northwest for eight years. I moved to Oregon in the fall of 2014. I just recently moved to Washington.

What is your fondest childhood memory?

My fondest childhood memory is picking wild blueberries with my father and sister in the woods of Brunswick, Maine.

What was your first job?

My first job was when I was in Highschool. I was a receptionist at a local salon in Maine.

Who has been the most influential person to you in your career?

My mom introduced me to the Pension and Finance industry, without her, I would not be where I am today.

How has your career created value in your life?

My career allows me to meet new people and build relationships. Having a connection with another person can teach you that we are all on different paths and have different discoveries. We can learn from each other.

What do you consider to be the most significant world event that has occurred during your lifetime?

The biggest event that has happened in my lifetime is the Coronavirus Pandemic. It has impacted many lives all over the world.

What is your most memorable travel experience?

My most memorable travel experience is going on a Caribbean cruise with my family.

What is the funniest thing that’s ever happened to you?

At some time when I was in middle school, I visited my dad in his office. When I saw him, he had his back to me.  I tugged on his ponytail as a greeting.  I was mortified when he turned around.  It was not my dad, but a coworker of his. They both had a good laugh at that.

What accomplishment are you most proud of?

I am most proud of being a parent. It’s both challenging and rewarding. I am proud of my daughter, and I look forward to watching her personality and interests grow.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

My spare time is spent with my family. On sunny days we love being outdoors.  We often go to the park or the beach.

If you could possess one super-human power, what would it be?

If I could have one superpower, I would love to be able to teleport through space and time. I would visit family whenever I wanted, including ancestors from the past.
