How long have you lived in the Bay area?
I was born and raised in the greater Chicagoland area for most of my life, but now live in Nevada and work remotely for RLA.
What is your fondest childhood memory?
My fondest childhood memory is going on family vacations to Wisconsin Dells and Florida.

Accounting
What was your first job?
My first job was working as a phone girl at the local pizza place when I was 15 years old.
Who has been the most influential person to you in your career?
Definitely my big sister, she’s my rock.
How has your career created value in your life?
In many ways, from continuous learning opportunities, to a sense of purpose and achievement, to the feeling of stability it brings me both personally and professionally.
What do you consider to be the most significant world event that has occurred during your lifetime?
I would have to say 9/11. I was living in Italy at the time and the amount of compassion I was shown by the people of a foreign country is something that will always stick with me.
What is your most memorable travel experience?
I spent a month in South Africa volunteering for a non-profit organization that focuses on wildlife conservation projects. Half the time I stayed at a game reserve where I got the chance to experience the African bushveld and its wildlife while learning survival and tracking skills. The other half, I stayed at a wildlife rehabilitation center where I helped with the treatment and care of injured and orphaned wild animals.
What is the funniest thing that’s ever happened to you?
The first thing that comes to mind is when my sister and I were little kids, our cousin came over to play one day and while we were eating lunch (which included chicken and stars soup) the three of us were giggling and laughing so hard that our cousin had stars coming out of her nose! The three of us still laugh about that to this day.
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
I served my country in the United States Navy.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Anything that has to do with caring for animals, traveling, hiking and kayaking.
If you could possess one super-human power, what would it be?
Mind reading. Wait, maybe telekinesis…
